📍As an IT Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Your role is to analyze business needs, translate them into clear technical requirements, and ensure technology solutions deliver real business value.
This position requires strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a deep understanding of IT systems and business processes.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirement workshops
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements
- Create process flows, user stories, BRDs, and FRDs
- Support system testing, UAT, and implementation
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and timelines
- Monitor project progress and manage requirement changes

Must Have
- Experience as a Business Analyst (IT) or similar role
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Ability to document requirements clearly and precisely
- Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of databases, APIs, and system integrations (basic)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
